Mr. Rayamajhi possesses over 15 years of working experience in Nepal’s corporate sector, specializing in Capital & Equity Markets and Corporate Finance. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant having trained with Price Waterhouse & Coopers, India. Prior to Eos Advisors, Suman had also co-founded Beed Management (business consulting company) in 2008 and served as the CEO of Business Oxygen (BO₂), a US$ 14 million International Finance Corporation (IFC) SME Venture Fund. He was instrumental in the creation of Nepal’s 1st two Private Equity Funds, Surya Fund (US$ 1.3 million in 2003) and Tara Fund (US$ 7 million in 2008).

Mr. Rayamjahi’s expertise lies in Transactions Advisory, Deal Structuring, the Setup & Operationalizing of PE Venture Funds, Analysis & Due Diligence and Enterprise Valuation, holding considerable experience in providing Business and Financial Consulting, as well as Strategic Planning and Financial Management Counselling for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), Corporate Business Houses and Development Organizations.
